MINUTES OF THE 19TH COUNCIL MEETING HELD IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST, 1982 AT 7:00P.M.
Present Were: Mayor Timpson and Councillors Buck, Jones, Ochalski, Ostick,
Stewart, Stoddart and West.
Councillor Pedersen absent due to illness.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Councillor Jones declared a possible conflict of interest in the resolution
pertaining to the Acceptance of Public Services -Matjon Subdivision and did not
take part in the consideration of or vote on any question in this regard or attempt
in any way to influence the voting on such question.

Superintendent, the Certificate of Acceptance of Public Services for
