Modification to Revised Bus Run In view of complaints regarding the most southerly portion of the revised bus route, the Committee recommends that the bus turn north on Yonge Street at Henderson Drive to Edward Street, then turn east on Edward Street. The present route has the bus going straight through at Henderson and on to Allaura Boulevard, thence to Edward Street. This modification is made so that shoppers coming to the commercial outlets at Yonge Street and Murray Drive may be encouraged by more convenient busing. The Committee recommends that this change take place as soon as possible. 5. 1982 Insurance Coverage The Committee recommends that the Insurance Premium in the total amount of $54,992.00, with revisions to the Policy as discussed by the Committee, be approved for payment. 6. July First Budget The Committee recommends that the Budget as prepared by the Deputy Treasurer on behalf of the July First Committee be approved. The Committee advises that apparent large increase in 1982 over 1981 is due to the inclusion of liquor, beer and wine sales being included as expenditures for 1982 and not being included in the budget approved in 1981. 7. Mileage Allowance The Committee recommends that a mileage allowance retroactive, to January 1, 1982, of $40.00 per month be paid to the Director of Leisure Services in lieu of actual in-town mileage. This recommendation is in keeping with the policy used in this regard for other department heads who use their own cars. 8.
