Mr. J. Le Clair
Mr. A. McGregor
Mr. J. O'Mahoney
Mr. K. Bourrie
Mr. LeClair re-affirmed the Boards desire to have the "Park
Land Dedication" adjacent to the new proposed Separate School
Site. After much discussion it was decided to arrange a further
meeting with Mr. Orsi, the York County School Board, the York
County Separate School Board and the Town of Aurora. A
tentative date of Monday May 10th. 1976 was decided.
After the above meeting was over Mr. J. Dovaston representing
~IT. R. Orsi met with the Committee.
A discussion followed concerning the dedication of the required
lands for "Park Purposes" in the Industrial Land on Industry St.
North, in lieu of the dedication in the Residentially zoned
land of the proposed subdivision. It was agreed that a Land
appraisal would be undertaken to determine land values of
"Residential Lands" versus "Industrial Lands".
New Estate Residential Criteria ---Aurora Official Plan Letter
#10-10 ------
Mr. Don Knight, Director of Planning explained a proposed revision
to our Estate Residential policies. The suggested revision would
be to allow a minimum lot area of 20,000 sq. ft., but still
maintaining a density of 2 persons per acre, (or an average of
2 acres per lot)
The Committee after considering this proposal recommends Cou_~cil
not adopt this proposal in our new Official Plan.
4. Shaw Severances; A 76--2; A 76··-3
The Committee recommends approval of the 2 applications as
presented. A lot levy and Park Dedication is to be collected
