Mr. Harris spoke on behalf of Mr. Orsi and said that an offer of
4 acres of land, with no strings attached, has been made through
him to the Town of Aurora for the sum of $1.00 as a possible site
for the combined Administrative Office Complex, inthe event that
the Wellington Street site is not approved or deemed unsuitable.

Wimpey Homes Limited
Mr. Joe Gidden, Mr. Keith Hansen and Mr. Alex Heneyey from
Wimpey Homes Ltd. attended the meeting. Mr. Hansen outlined .
the three matters of interest:
A) vlhen the building permits might be available for the balance
of Ashton Dene Subdivision.
B) ·Proposal of either apartments or Link Villas for Block M
Plan M-1310.
C) Presentation of Draft Plan for Finnbro property.
Council discussed the presentation of these matters and
A) would advise that November 9th is the expected date of a
sewage tender contract, and building permits will probably not
be approved prior to that date.
