unable to support the amendment.
5· The Committee is recommending to Council the feasibility of opening up
Industry Street from Yonge Street, south of the railway, northerly to the St.
John's sideroad,
6. 240144 Investments Ltd. (Herskovits)
The Committee, after perusing the revised Landscaping Plan, and a recent letter
from the owners, recommends the following:
(1) The northerly limit of the property (N 7Y 4 1 1011 E 450') which now has large
pine trees need not be planted with Lambardy Poplars as previously agreed to,
and thus the pines Will suffice.
(2) On the "Site Plan " drawing, "Townhouse Site A", there is no Hodel "A" or
"D" shown only models "B" and "C",
As the developer wishes to erect the 4 model types first, and as only 2 are
shown in the first grouping, the Committee recommends the plan be revised to allow
type "A" & "D" to be included in the first grouping.
(3) The 4 "Model Types" as agreed to by Council in Committee be accepted.
