Nr • Rafeal presented a revised site plan for the condominium town housing l·· The proposal calls for 158 units, being at a density of approximately 16 unil. acre. Mr. Rafeal advised the Committee that the apartment proposal is under by the owner and that a riew site plan for the apartments will be submitteod ai later date. The Committee recommends that the revised site plan: for the town housing be referred to the Area ServicesBranch for comment. The Committee feels that it is essential that the meeting with the Ontario \-:,, Resources be held as soon as possible to determine if this site may be develc this year. 4. !e~t2E 12-6 Phinnemore Property, Case Sideroa£ The Committee discussed the Submission B39 being' an application for a severan. of a lot 150• x 325• out of the centre of a larger parcel owned by Mr. Phinnc. Sewage Fac~ies The Committee again strongly recommends an immediate meeting with the, 0.1-I.R.c. to discuss the sewage situation and so that Council may be acquainted ~iith the cost of the required improvements which will ensure the growth of' Aurora. It is further suggested that when such facts are ascertained, a meeting should be called with all the subdividers and developers who are interested in the well planned development of Aurora in order to explore the financial avenues for the completion of the suggested improvements by the O.W.R.C.
