thGrefore rGquested n minimum living arGa of 1100 sq. feet. The majority of
lots in this subdivision have a frontage of 55 feet nnd therefore one of
Wimpey's larger homes that requires a sixty foot frontage will not be available.
Therefore, the Committee recommends that, for the Cherry Sub-division, the
minimum living area be 1100 sq. feet and that the average be a minimum of 1250
sq. feet, with the condition that a maximum of fifteen houses having a minimum
of 1100 sq. feet may be built and that a minimum of fifteen houses having a
minimum of 1400 sq. feet shall be constructed.
(b) The Committee also recommends that the subdivider be permitted to add one
additional lot on the west side of Cedar Creso The addition of this lot vlill
reduce the parkland dedication from approximately 5.87. to 5.!,.%, however, the
Committee feels that this will not have a detrimental effect on the parklands.
The subdivider is agreeable to providing whatever fill is required and to grade
the parklands to the satisfaction of the Town.
The Committee recessed the meeting at 5:30 p.m. and reconvened at 8:00P.M.

in the development. The property of Mr. T. McClenny, if purchased by the
developer, would be included in the total lot area and the number of units
would b<O based on the above d<Onsi ty for th<O total lot area provided that the
