All members of the Committee were present along with Mr. Joseph Smith and Mr. George Best of Cherry Construction and J. D. Reid, and C. H. Duncan. Cherry Construction and the Committee were in basic agreement on the Subdivision Agreement and a draft~reement will be prepared when the schedules to the agreement are completed and a further meeting with the developers will be held. The Committee discussed the street names on the draft plan of subdivision and because of the confusion that will result if Catherine Crescent is retained, the Committee recommends that the portion of the street on the draft plan presently called Catherine Crescent, be changed to Walton Drive. The Committee also recommends that consideration be given to renaming two other streets on the draft plan, because of the use of tree names on other streets in the area and suggests as follows: Clarion Court to Birch Court and Wendell Court to Oak Court.
