BYLAW - Part Lot Control Royalcliff - 20090721 - 515709THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 5157-09 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Lots 7, 10,36 and 38 on Plan 65M-4079 from Part-lot Control (Royalcliff Homes Bayview Inc.) WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, provides that the council of a local municipality may by by-law provide that the part-lot control provisions as provided in subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, respecting part-lot control does not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision as is designated in the by-law; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to enact a by-law to exempt Lots 7, 10, 36 and 38 on Plan 65M-4079 from those provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, dealing with part-lot control; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT sub section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, shall not apply to the following lands, all situated in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York: Lots 7, 10, 36 and 38, Plan 65M-4079, Parts 1 to 12 inclusive, 65R-31675 2. THAT this By-law shall be registered in the proper land registry office. 3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect upon third reading hereof, shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing, and shall expire on the 21st day of July, 2011.
