BYLAW - Part Lot Control Country Wide Homes - 20090721 - 515609THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 5156-09 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Lots 5, 51, 52, 56, 58 and 59 on Plan 65M-4079 from Part-lot Control (Country Wide Homes at Aurora Inc.) WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, provides that the council of a local municipality may by by-law provide that subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, respecting part-lot control does not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision as is designated in the by-law; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to enact a by-law to exempt certain Lots 5, 51, 52, 56, 58 and 59 on Plan 65M-4079 from those provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, dealing with part-lot control; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, shall not apply to the following lands, all situated in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York: Lots 51, 52,56 and 58, Plan 65M-4079, Parts 1 to 8 inclusive, 65R-31654, and Lots 5 and 59, Plan 65M-4079, Parts 1 to 4 inclusive, 65R-31699. 2. THAT this By-law shall be registered in the proper land registry office. 3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect upon third reading hereof, shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of passing, and shall expire on the 21 51 day of July, 2011.
