Vanek & Sischy, Barrister, regarding deletion of land knovm as
Sunnyhill Court and the lots thereon which would protect Vanek
until the hearingdecision has been reached.

REPORTS OF COMivUTTEES

Councillor Patrick reported on the need for an oiling machine and the
matter rras held in qbeyance until a futurll date.
Councillor Davidson presented a verbal report regarding the need for
more stringent measures incurbing the amounts of clay which were
getttng into the Disposal Plant clarifler by the fact that ditches
were being drained into the sewers in the Aurora Heights Subdivision.

repairs to the Track of the Secondary Clarifier at the 1932 Disposal

Councillor Child presented a report of the Planning Committee
re Further Subdivisions ·
The Committee respectfully submit the following:
After giving careful consideration to the availability of services
and our commi ttments to subdivisions no1rr approved, it is the opinion
of the committee that, for the present, no further :sasidential sub-
division should be·_,considered by the Town Council. We would suggest,
however, that should someextenuating circumstance arise with regard
to another subdivision being approved that this Town Council judge
the cmrcumstances as they exist at that time to consider any change
in this policy.
It is further suggested that unless a satigfactory subdivision
agreement can be dre"wn up before the end of this year, by the Miller
subdivision on Wellington Street West the allotment of services
for this property be held in abeyance until such time as our full
service load is established.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Councillor Davidson requested information from the Mayor concerning
garbage collection at Aurora Heights. Mayor Murray advised that until
the roads were properly graded the garba~e trucks were not picking up
the garbage until this condition is remedied. Wm. Mariani will
collect and get rid of this garbage by burying it in a pit at the
rear of the subdivision.
Deputy Reeve Nisbet requested that a letter be sent to the Ontario
'\'Tater Resources Commission and. Choice Cut-Up Chicken requesting that
the officials of the parties meet to discuss problems of annexation
of Choice Cut-Up Chicken.
