Mr. John Dol appeared before Council and requested consideration
in reducing the amount of Capital Levy of $500.00 per dwelling
in connection with his proposed purchase of dwelling lots.

consideration to this matter prior to increasing the Capital

Mayor Murray stated that each law passed covers the whole Town
and regardless of the law it is reasonable to assume that certain
individuals might benefit and others might not. However each
dwelling did cause an extra burden on the Capital Costs.
