which by-law required a ininim'w\1 of 5400 s(J.uare ·fee:t.
Mr. ;liorne .c. Lee appeared before C.otinoil' and he suggested
that. since Mr.Wray 1 s request did not ooinoide with the
provisions of By-Law No.l051 that anamendment be considered
to this by-law to permit applications for building lots on
the south side of C~ntre Stree,t.

Mr. I. Dadson appeared before Council regarding the progress
in patching of the pavements in various sections of the town.
He waaadvised by' the Deputy: Reeve, Mr. V.; Jones that this

Mayor Murray read a letter from The Hydro Commission
concerning their undertaking of the billing of water ~.1111 :_ -
garbage accounts at a cost of $3,000.00 per year.
It wa.s decided ,that Mayor Murray was to r-eport ·to ithe Hydro
