Councillor Nisbet then reported on a lette_r-received from Emeiy
Engineering & Contracting Co.Ltd. with the. information that the
cost of re~nstall;j,.ng old pip,e railing at aeration tanks will
amount to $18o.oo~ ·

·"That Emery Engineering, and Contracting Company
Ltd. be authorized to reinstall pipe railings at
Disposal Plant for the cost of $180.00 and the seal
of the Corporation be attached hereto".

Councillor Stoddart reported on information received from Parkes
Mcl!ittie & Shaw Ltd. concerning insurance coverage to be <::arried
by the Town on the Se>"lage Disposal Plant'o This matter was ,le.:t:,"" in
Councillor :Stoddart's hands with the decision that he investigate
the am:0unt of insuranc@' •req\1ired ·-and on wl:lat portion of the S.e_:w-age
Disposal Plant such insurance would cover·.
