Propel'ty Committee
Councillor Nisbet reported ori the use of the Collis Leather
Company' a sludge truck tor removing sludge from the Disposal
Plant. He .read a letter from the Company st;ating that the .
company requires that the tqlm' has. a, capable. fully licensed
driver operating the truck while in thetowrt 1 s possession, ·
and also that the town will assume the cost of repairing any
damage caused to the truck through the negligence of the town .
driver.
