Consideration was given to the revi~ion of the water rates. In view ofthe tn-creased:·e:xpenses as.-a .. result of the new well and in view of the annual payments as a_result of debentures to be issued to provide for capital work!!, it:is recommended that the water rates be increa~;~ed to the following figures: · · · · · · · · · · · · Full (l.omestic service, Gross -$30.00 per year, N __ e __ t -~24_ ._. 00 pe __ r year.
