Councillor Nisbet also r.eported that the elderly citizens
had taken over the use ~f the room in the basement of the
Municipal Building.

Jaycees to a dinner meeting, to be held on January lOth.

Deputy Reeve Jones reported on a req\1est by the Town Foreman
for the placing of gravel on Ross and Mary Streets.

approximately 25 to 30 loads of crushed gravel
for Ross and Mary Streets and the Seal of
Corporation be attached thereto. Approximate
cost $4oo.oo."

Councillor Nisbet asked whether something could be done about
the proposed by-law to control fire hazards on YQ.t!J£8 Street.
The By-laws committee agreed to look into this matter •
