Mr~ William Haskett attended before the Council to ask for the
backing of the Council tor a proposed Radto Station to serve
Newmarket and Aurora and the surrounding areas. This matter was
~Left for consideration later.

Mr. s. Qoxford attended before the Council to ask for a letter of
support for a proposed Radio Station to be located in the Richmond
Hill area. This matter was also left over tor further consideration
at a later date.,
QONTRACTS ~R SEWER AND PUMP HOUSE INSTALLATIONS
The tenders for the installation of sewers and a sewage pump.house
were further considered.

Mr. John A. Mason attended before the Council in support of' a
building permit application for the erection of an apartment house
on Yonge Street North,

The provision of sewer and water mains to the proposed apartment
building was also considered and left for further discussion at a
later date.
The change of the hydrant o~ Yonge Street in front of the Post Office
was then discussed briefly.
It was reported that the Engineers had requested the erection of a
temporary bridge north of the Disposal Plant. This matter was left
for futher discussion at a later meeting.
· A letter from Proctor, Redfern and Laughlin J?eporting on the storm
drainage on Irwin Avenue was read. ·

was discussed at length.
