Mayor Henderson presented the following report of the Police
Committee. '
The Committee respectfully submit the following:

The Committee recommends that Mr. Robert Andrews, of Aurora,

The fee for removing dogs from the Dog Pound was then

Reeve Davis then presented the, following report of the
Fire and Water Committee.
The Committee respectfully submit the following:
In view· of the forthcoming demo'lition of the Old Town Hall,
and the completion of the new Fire Hall, the Committee has
looked into the question of a new Fire Alarm system to
replace the old one now in use,
The Committee, together with the Fire Chief, has studied
fire alarm systems available and recommends that the siren
and fire alarm system as recommended by C,E. Hickey & Sons
be purchased from that firm. This system i,;ill be tied into
the telephone and call box systems. The cost of the system
will be approximately $1,300.00, plus installation.

Reeve Davis also reported that the Committee would bring in
a report on the storage of combusti.ble material at the ne:x:,t
meeting of the Council.
The Mayor reported on an application for approval of the use
of a house on Mill Street for a church.
