Building was read.

The Mayor reported on an application for pennission to
establish a store on Wellington Street We

from Mr. Bob Case for a sewer connection on Centre Street
and that the lot in question could only be sewered from

Plant.

Councillor Nisbet reported that he had received a report
from the Sewage Plant operator on a course he had taken,

Councillor Davidson reported that the Chairman of the
Planning Board had requested a meeting of the Council
and Town Solicitor with the Board on Wednesday, March 14th,
Councillor Child presented a motion dealing with the
payment of capital sw~s by subdividers. This motion was
seconded by Councillor Corbett. The motion was discussed
at length and the Mover and seconder then agreed to with-
draw the motion until the next meeting.

Mayor Henderson then reported on the result of a case'broi:xght
by the Police Department against a ma11 arrested for breaking-in
in Bowsers Hardware Store. -. •
