COMI1HTEEf3 BUILDING PERHITS COMMITTEE -5-~ Councillor Murray informed Council· that an application for a permit had been received relating to.a lot on Machell Street. It was suggested that this lot should be purchased by the Town for possible future street extension. It was reported that the Committee had declined to approve the building permit. ~w. Lee was asked to look into the title to this land. Councillor Murray also reported that andapplication had been received for the re-. placement of a garage at present built up to the side boundary of the house.
