outside of the building in which the hal~ is l.ocated and must be of certain
stated dimensions. 4. Onif.y ha.l.ls to which the publiv are invited and ]!.Ety

Reaent disa..atrous fires in public halls indicate the need for preventive
measures, even though we have not had such an experience as the M.oose
