.STUART BLAY, that the report of the Finance Committee regarding Debentures
for sewers be accepted :end ado:pted,and that the date of issue for the said JJe
bentures be April 5th.l933 for the sum of 99.12 and accrued interest,from
Gairdner e.nd Co.Ltd.on option of 30 days,that the citizens of Aurora have the
first opportunity of purchnsing these Deoentures and that the seal of the Corpor
ation be attached hereto. Carried.
Finance k'eport, "that the Finance Grcmmi ttee have arranged with l\Ir .Lucas •
representing Mr.T.H.Lennox for a meeting with the Finance Committee regarding
all properties assessed in the name of T .H.J,ennox .and Conover end Lenncx,wi th
an endeavor to definitely decide who is responsible for these taxes,and have the
same paid up to date,'l'his includes the property en Yonge St.recently occupied
by Mr.Read. Ordered filed.
Iv!r.Illay submitted the comparative statement of receipts and expenditures
for the first three mon~hs of this and last year in the Corpo~ation and E.L.
Departments.showing an inc.rease in tax arrears collectsd,e.nd in relief granted .•

The property committee reported th~t negotiations are in progress toward moving
the publ.ic library to the Health Hall,and. arrangements were made to meet repres-

the cost 60.20,and there is now a spare bushing in the hands of the town electric-

ine engine.Prices submitted ha.ve been very high and he wishes more time for invest-
igation.As tenders for the painting of the tank were only closed on Saturday,the
