short period. The 'Mayor· then outlined the duties and 11robable business of the
yea.r,a.ncl each member gave short expression to his will to cooperate and furt

SOUTHWOOD BOULDING, that the action of the Mayor in issuing ord-
ers on the Treasurer for the payment of tlle following accounts be and the sa
me is hereby confirmed,and that the seal of the Corporation be attached to

legal form,appointing :Mr.R.Hacking as member of the H.S.Board,for the years
l932,l933.and 1934.
A Bylaw was introduced by Dr.Boulding,given its first,second in
Committee with l'i!r .DeLaHa.ye in the chair ,and third readings in regular and
legal form and was signed a.n<i sealed,appointing :Mr.W.Adams,a member of
the Public Library Board.

A Bylaw was introduced by Mr.Southwood,given its first,second in Comm.
with Dr.Boulding in the chair,a.nd third readings in regular and legal form,
and was signed and sea.led,authorising the Mayor and 1'reasurer to borrow money
to carry on the legitimate expenditure of the town until the taxes a.re paid.
i:essrs.Legge Knowles and Southwood were appointed a striking Committee.
The. Council adjourned at 12.15;until 8.P.M.
Pursuant to a.djournment the Council reassembled c.t eight O'Clock with the
members all in attendance.
Hessrs.Attridge, ttridge,Hart and uriffith appeared and asked better fin-

ancial a.rrangements on behalf of the Hockey Clubs;
SOUTHWOOD DELAHAYE,that the following accounts be paid,that the Mayor issue
orders on the •rreasurer for the same and that the seal of the Corpora tci.on be
attached hereto.
