Mr • .T.Dubrueil appeared.asking for a rebate of his poll tax for 1926.
Mr.Chas .Shear<i~complaining of the charge for installation of water service
JI.!IX..Re<ifern,with plans and estimates for aewerage.

Bituminous Paving Co. be paid the SUlll of $7000.00 on account paving of Berczy

and Treasurer be. ins true ted to borrow the ne.c.essary sum. ( $7 350 .oo l from the
Waterworks. account. such loan bearing interest at 5$.per annum.! to provide for
the· payment of the accounts.relative to the paving of Bercz.y street.until the
issue of debentures has been c.omple.ted,and that the seal of the Corporation
be attached hereto.
