THIRTEENTH MEETING 0 F THE COUNCIL

The thirteenth meeting of the Council for the year was held in the
Council Claaber on Monday evening September 20th.
The following members being present n!l.mely :-Mayor Walton, Reeve Legg~,
Deputy Reeve Hancock and Councillors Andrews, Knowles and Thompson.
Communications were received from the Secretary -~reasurer of the Hort-
e
cultrual Socitey asking for usual grar1t to the Society , ar1d the report
of the Canadian Fire Underwriters, Association.
Moved by Mr Andrews seconded by Mr HarJCock that the following accounts
be ptid ar1d that the Mayor issue orders on the Treasurer for the same and
that the seal of the Corporat;i.on bl! attached to this resolution, namely:-

Be it resolved th!l.t a committee composed of Mr Andrews, Thompson Knowles
a.nd Hancock to look into the ma.tter of building a storage tank for wa.ter
a.r1d report at their earliest convenince. Carried.
