ELEVENTH MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
F 0 R 1 9 2 5.
The elevemth meeting of the Council for the year was held in the
Council Ch:;unber on Wednesday evening July Ith.
The following members being present Namely:-Acting Mayor Legge and
Councillors Andrews, Bilbro ugh, Knowles and Taylor.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and confirmed.
Communications were received and read from the following persons

namely:-R.Hacking Sec.of the Fire. Department re the parking of Autes
in front of the Fire Hall. Mrs Effie Charles re reception to Mayor
VIal ton on his return from England. Payne & Bissett re a sewer near their
farm on Yonge Street. Barrett Clothing Company re a sui taole building
for Factory purposes. Mr R. VI. Phillips asking the Corporation to levy
$9, 055. 37 for County purposes.
Moved by Mr Andrews seconded by Mr Taylor that the following accounts
be paid and that the Mayor issue orders on the Treasurer for the Sa111e
and that the seal of the Corporation be attached to this resolution.

Aurora Hardware Co. (sundries for E.L. Dept·)

Cheshire & Hulme for painting !Uld glazing of broken glass of the Town
Hall for the sum of $225. 00 be hereby accepted and that the seal of ·
