S I X T H MEETING

The sixth meeting of the Council for the year was held in the Council
Chamber on Monday evening March 30th.
The following members being present namely:-Mayor Walton, Reeve Leg~
and Councillors Bilbrough, Knowles, Taylor and Thompson,
The minutes of the previous meeting read :wd confirmed.
Communications were received ~nd read from the following persons namitJ:f
Mrs Killingsworth re electric light bills.Report to the Department of
Health of Ontario from the S:u1i tary Engineering Division. Mr Russell
Major asking for refund of dog tax. Mr H Dawson re :u1 enter:uiCe to his
property from Temper:u1ce.Mr R. w. ~hillips County Clerk re equalized as&
essments of the County.
Moved by Mr Taylor seconded by Mr Thompson that the following accounts
be paid :u1d that the Mayor issue orders on the Treasurer for the same
and that the seal of the Corpon.tion be attached to this resolution.

Moved by MrBilbrough seconded by Mr Knowles that the action of' the
Mayor in issueiug orders on the Treasurer for the payment of the fol-
lowing bills be :u1d the same is hereby confirmed :u1d that the seal of
the Corporation be attached to this resolution:

Moved by Mr Legge seconded by Mr Taylor that t(l.e Adutlhtors report be
received and adopted and that 3.1'1 order be issued in payment of their
fees. That the Clerk be instructed to post the report in his of:!:'ice
and to publish abstn.ct in the Banner.
And that the Mayor 3.l'ld Clerk sign the Auditors Report.

Moved by Mr Thompson seconded by Mr Knowles that the Library Board oe
given a gr3.l'lt of ($675. 00) six hundred and seventy five dollars :t'or
the current year 1925 pay 3.ble as required 3.l'ld that the Mayor 3.l'ld Clerk
be authorised to issue order from time to that extent and that the saal
of the Corporation be Attached hereto.
Carried.
Council then adjourned to meet Monday evening April 6th.
