The third meeting of the Council for the year was held in the
Council Chamber on Tuesday evening' Feb. 24th.
The following members being present Namely:-Mayor Walton; Reeve
Legge and Councillors Andrews, Bilbrough, Hancock, Knowl.es and
Taylor. The minutes of the previous meeting read snd confirmed.
Moved by Mr And~ews seconded by Mr Knowles that the foll0\1ing ac-
counts be paid and that the Mayor issue orders ou the Treasurer for
the same and that the seal of the Corporation be attached to this
resolution, namely:-
King Edward Sauatorium (care of George Weir to Jan. 31st)

in issueing orders on the Treasurer for the payment of the followig
bills be and the same is hereby confirmed and that the seal of the
Corpon.tion be attached to this resolution:

to make no interference with the ditches and drainage ou said Street

the Road and Bri'dge Committee of the Town Council.
