The twenty third meeting of the Council for the year was held
in the Council Chamber on Monday evening December 15th.
The following members being present namely:-Mayor W=W. ton, Reeil

Legge, Councillors Andrew~, Hancock, Knowles, Taylor a.nd Thompson.
The minutes of the previous meeting read and confirmed.
