N:unely :-Mr c. L. Wilson in reference to raising Railway tracks on
Wellington street West. Mr Wilfred Ad:uns re ellcessive assessment on
income.
Moved by Mr .Andrews seconded by Mr Thompson that the following

instructed to prepare the Debenture By-law to take care of the
