Carried. Moved by Mr Bilbrough seconded by Mr Knowles that the Clerk be in-· structed to purchase Amusement Tax Tickets to the extent of 1000, and if. necessary a ticket destroyer. Carried. Moved by Mr Andrews seconded by Mr Legge that the Mayor and Clerk be !irld they are hereby authorised and instructed to sign the contractt or agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, the Co- unty of York :~.nd the Toronto and York Roads Commission :Uid to cause the seal of the Corporation attached thereto. Carried. Leave was asked to introduce a By-law to authorise the constructio1 of storm sewers curbs and gutters on that part of Wellington Stree-t; ' betwwen the Westerley limit of Yonge Street, to the first bridge as a local improvement under the provisions of the "Local Improvement At Act". Leave gr:u1ted and By-law read a first time. Moved by Mr Thompson seconded by Mr .Andrews that the By-law now be- fore the Council be read a second :Uld third time this day and that Rule 33 of By-law No 10 be suspended for that purpose. Committee rose !Uld reported B,y-law • By-law read a third time !Uld passed. /\ ... .-· .•.-.;-. ,_.,·.· Eleventh meeting continued .• Leave was asked to introduce a By-~aw to authorise the construction of additional pavement to that proposed to be constructed by the Toror1to and York Roads Commission, on that part of Wellington Street; in the Town of Aurora, between a point where the said Wellington Sj;reet is intersected by the West limit of Yonge Street, to a point on the said Wellington Street, where it is intersected by the West limit of George Street, as a local improvement under the provisions of the "Local Improvement Act". Leave granted and By-law read a first time. Moved by Mr Bilbrough seconded by Ur Knowles that the By-law uow lx before the Council be .read a second and third time this day and that Rule 33 of By-law 10 be suspended for that purpose. Carried. By-law read a second time a11d Council went into committee of the Whole Mr Thompson in the chair. Committee rose and reported By-law. By-law read a third time and passed. Council then adjourned to meet ::~.t the call of the Mayor.
