7500 g3.llons of 50 per cent 3.Shph3.l t oil at 14 cents per galillon
spr'cyed on roads of the Town unde.r the direction of the Forem'l.ll of
the Town, the s3.1De to be purchased from the Bituminous Spraying 'l.lld
Contracting Co. Carried.
Moved by Mr Bilbrough seconded by Mr Legge that the Clerk be in-
structed to secure for the Fire Dep'l.rtment 6 Rubber Coats and 3
H3.ts of light color and 6 hose str'l.ps 'l.lld the se'l.l of the Corporation

$3000. Dominion of C3.nad3. Fully Registered Bonds maturing 1933,
owned by the Corpor'l.tion 'l.t the credit of the Electric Light Accoun};,
as recommended in the Fin'l.llCe Committee's Report of March 4th, be 1
'l.lld is hereby approved 'l.lld confirmed 'l.lld the Mayor 'l.lld Treasurer
are hereby :~.uthorised to sign the tr'l.llsfer of the said Bonds 'l.lld
deliver the s 3.1De to the Dominion Securities Corpor'l.tiou, Ltd. , 'l.lld
th'l.t the se3.l of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora oe affixed
hereto. Carried.
Moved by Mr Andrews seconded by Mr Thompson that the M9.Jor and
Treasurer be instructed to reinvest the proceeds of the Dominion
of .C!l.n!l.da 1933 Bonds in C<Uladian Nation3.l R!l.ilway guar<Ulteed oy the
Dominion of C::~.nada 1954 fully registered Bonds, <Uld that the seal
of the Corporation be attached to this resolution.

and is hereby authorised to transfer from the W!l.terworks account

part of the surplus in the il9.ni!:s and place the same to the credit
of the Electric Light Account as a temporary loan with interest by
the Town to Waterworks account at six '{. covering the overdraft in
the Electric Light 3.Ccount for the time being.

Moved by Mr Legge seconded by Mr Bilbrough that we favor the imP-
rovement of Wellington Street west by paving roadway curb and gutters·
to the first· bridge and would be willing to enter into an agreemert
with the Toronto and York Good Ro3.ds Commission for the work. to te
done in the se3.son of 1924 provided the terms of the agreement and
the distribution of the cost of the work is satisfactory tlil. this
Council and the total cost to this Municipality not to exceed $6,
ooo. Carried.

Committee on Ro9.ds & Bridges would recommend the following work oe
