The eighth meeting of the Council for the ye:J.r W9.S held in the
Council Room Tuesd:J.y evening June 12th.

Councillors Andrews, Bilbrough, Grey 9.1'td Knowles.
Moved by Mr Bilbrough seconded by Mr Andrews that the Council wish
to congratulate the Hon. President Commodore Jarvis President Reg. Woas
the officiers 9.1'!d members of the Aurora Horse ;tnd Pure Bred Stock Shww
Association on June 7th believing it to be a re3.l benifit to the Town
9.1'td district which :J.dd to the gener:J.l prosperity of all.

Moved by Mr Legge seconded by Mr Andrews.
Whereas St Andrews Collage h:~.ve made application to the Corporation
of the Town of Auror9. for. the supply of water 9.1'1d Electric Light 9.1'td
Power.
And where:~.s the Council of the Town of Aurora deem it benific9.l 9.Ud
in the interest of the said Corporation to extend these facilities
and services to St Andrews Collage property.
Therefore be it resqlved that this Council agree with St Andrews
Collage to l3.y 9. six inch main to the building to be built, ' which
is to be about one mile from Yonge and Maple Street, 9.1'1d to supply
the Collage with water required by the Collage at the rate of seven
cents per thous:tnd g9.lljons for ten year term, 9.1'1d to inst9.ll an
line to the North limit of Town of Aurora on Yonge Street :tnd supply
the Collage with electric power 9.1'1d light at current Town rate.
S9.id building to be built on Lot number e 4 concession 1 King.
The 3.greement referred to herin is subject to the assent of the
electors of the Town of Auror3. 9.1'td this Council 9.gree to submit s9.me
to 3. vote of the electors of the Town of Aurora whenever The St.
Andrews Collage require s9.me 9.1'ld notify this Council th:~.t they :~.re
prep9.red to build the Co~lage.
That the seal of this Corpor:~.tion be :~.tt:~.ched to this resolution.
