accounts be paid sx1d that the Mayor issue orders on the Treasurer

the resign:J.tion of Richard Tustain as Chief of The Fire Brigade
we desire to place on record our apprecation of the 33 years
service he has given in his service in V:J.rious capacities during
which time he h:ts enjoyed the esteem and good will of the men
and the confidence of the citizens,

o:f the Pu~lic Library Board for the sum of Seven hundred doll:J.rs 3.S
a grant for the ye:J.r 1923 be p3.id and that the se3.l of the Corpora-
tion be :tttached to this resolution.

President :l.lld Directors of the Auror:l. Spring li':l.ir Associ3.tion for
use of the Town F'3.rk be gr:;~.uted, the rings to be placed under the
supervision of the Town Supervisor.

Moved by Mr Andrews seconded oy Mr Legge that the 'foronto and York
Ro:l.ds Commission be instructed to 3.dd sidewalk to the widening of the
two bridges on North Yonge Street =tt 3. cost not to exceed fifty dollars
~o this Municip3.lity the pl311S to oe submitted to the Council before
construction is begun.

instructed to m=tke prep:tration for the collection ot' tins etc as usu3.l
on or :!.bout the first day of May 3.nd that the collection be regularly

33 of By:-law No 10 be suspended for that purpose.

whole Mr BiliJrough in the chair.

Council then adjourned to meet at the cul of the Mayor.
