The fifteenth meeting of the Council for the year was held in the
Council Room on Monday Evening July 3rd.
The following members being present Namely:-Mayor Sheppard,
Councillors Andrews, Bilbrough, Grey, Legge, Matson and Taylor.
The minutes of the previous meeting read and confinned.
Communications were received a.nd read from the following persons,
Namely :-Mr. R. w. Phillips County Clerk requesting the Corporation to
levy $8709.72 for County purposes. Douglas, Douglas & Robinson re
Canadian Bee Supply & Huney Co. Ltd.
Moved by Mr. Legge. Seconded by M'r. Taylor.
That the following accounts be paid and that the Mayor issue
orders on the •rreasurer for the same and that the seal of the
Corporation be attached to this resolution,· namely:-

That a committee composed of the Mayor. and the Town Solicitor
with three memoers of the Town Council namely, Mr. Andrews, Mr. Legge
and Mr. Matson to meet the M3l:JUf3.cturers of the Town , relative to the
makit•g of 3J:I 3.greement re the use of Tvwn Inter Switch. And that the
Clerk be authorized to noti:t'y the aforementioned i:Jarties as to the
hour 3l:ld date uf said meeting.
And that the seal of the Corpon.tion oe attached to the Resolution.

instructed to sign the agreement between the G. T. Ry. 3l:ld the Town of
Aurora, Laying o:t' pipes on Wellington Street 3l:ld to cause the Seal of
the Corporation to be attached thereto.
And that the Seal of the Corporation be attached to the resolution.

Motor cars and vehicles on Yonge Street, in the Town of Auror3.1
between Catharine Ave. and Kennedy Street.
Moved by Mr. Ta;)llor. Seconded oy Mr. Matson.
That the By-La•v now before the Council oe read a secuud 9.ud third
time this day and that Rule 33 of By-L:~.w No 10 be suspended for that
purpose.
Carried.
By-La1; read a second time and Council went into committee of the
whole Mr. · Andrews in the chair.
Committee rose and repor·~ed By-Law.
By-Law read a third ,time and passed.
Council then adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor,
