applying for the position of Assessor for the year 1922,
Leave was asked to introduce a By:-law to appoint a High School Tru-
stee for the Town of Aurora for 1922, )9231 1924.
Leave granted and By-law read a first time.
Moved by Mr Andrews secouded oy Mr Bilbrough that the By-law now be-
fore the Council be read a second and third time this day and that
Rule 33 of By-law No 10 be suspended for that purpose.
Carried.
By-law read a second time and Council went into committee of the
Whole Mr Knowles in the chair.
Committee rose and reported By-law with blank filled with the name
of w. J. Sisman.
By-law read a third time and passed.

Leave was asked to introduce a By-law to authorise the Mayor and
Treasurer to borrow money to meet the current expenditure of the
Corporation until the taxes are paid.
