The thirteenth meeting of the Council for the year was held in

the Council Room on Monday evening July 4th.
All the members being present. The minutes of the previous mee-
ting read and confirmed. Dr Williams was heard re free light and
water for the Bowling Club. Mr Ira Clubiue and Mr John Gray made
application to the Council for the privillege of leaving refresh-
ment booth in Town Park.
Communicatons were received and read from the following persons

for Queens Hotel. Mr John Hickson asking to have assessment re-
duced on lots 20 &: 21 Edward Street. Mr R W Phillips County Clerk

Moved by Mr Matson t;~econded by Dr Butler that this Council do
hereby agree to give free light and water to the Aurora Bowling
Club for the season of 1921. And that the seal of the Corporation
be affixed to this resolution. ·
