NINETH MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
FOR 1921.
The nine·~h meeting of the Council for the je9.r was held iu the Coun-
cil Room on Monday evening May 9th.
All the memoers being preseut. The minutes of the previous meeting
read and confirmed. Acommunication was received and read from Mr C L
Wilson re day light saving, Mr W T Andrev1s .and 23 others petitioned
the Council to lower the sidewalk from Teasdales garage to Kennedy St.

Moved by Dr Scrivener seconded by Mr Matson that this Council re-
quest Mr C L Wilson of the Toronto & York Radial Railway Co to consider
the restablishment of the old pre-war time table, :J.S the need for this
service i.s greatly felt at the present time.
That the Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to forward a copy pf
this resolution to Mr Wilson. ·Carried.
Leave was asked to introduce a By-law to appoint a Court of Revision.
Leave granted and By-law read a first time.
Moved by Mr Hancock seconded by 1/lr Butler that the By-law now before
the Council be read a second Md third time this day and that Ru~e 33
of By-~aw No 10 be suspellded for that purpose.
Carried.
By-law read a second time and Counci~ went into coiDlni ttee of the
whole Dr But~er in the Chair.
Committee rose and reported By-law with b~anks fil.led.
By-law read a third time and passed.
Council then adjo rned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
