THE SEVENTH MEETING OF lrHE COUNCIL
F 0 R 1 9 2 1.
The seventh meeting of the Council for the year was held in the
Council Room on Manday April 11th.
All the members being present.
The minutes of the two previous meetings read and confirmed.
Mr John Faris was heard in reference to a sidewalk Yonge Street
north.
Bills were received from the following persons Namely:-

Moved by Mr Browning seconded by Mr Hancock that the road and bridge
committee be authvrised to have a new cement w;alk oridge built on Tyler
Street, also a railing dlhe same as on Kennedy Street; at a cost of $62.00
and the seal of the Corporation be attached to this resolution.
Carried.
Moved by Mr Matson seconded by Mr iilbrough that this Council do here-
by appoint a purchasing committee composed of Mr lililbrough, Mr Hancock,
and Mr Naughton who shaJ.l sign a requisition for ax1y purchase of Ten
Dollars axJd over made in the interests of the said Corporation.
And that the seal of the Corporation be attached to this reso.J.ution.

Moved by Mr Matson seconded by Dr Scrivener that this Council do here-
by accept the tender of Mr Morley Andrews for the supply of material
necessary to build the Town Park fence. aud that the seal of the Corp-
oration oe affixed to this resolution.
Carried.
A tender was received from Robert Hacking a1.1d four other t'or build-
~·· ing and painting the Park fence.
Council then adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
