THE COUNCIL
The sixth meeting of the Council fo.r the ... .ye.ar:;)l{asCheltdUn the
Council Room on Monday evening March 28th.
The following members being present Namely:-Mayor ialdwiu,
Councillors .liilbrough, irowuing;; iiutler, Matson and Naughton.
Tenders for Park fence was received from the following persons,
G T iirowning, F C Davis, Wm Mosley, irown &: McLeod, and Cram & Stephens.
Moved by Mr Naughton secow!ed by Mr Hancock that the owner ur
owners of the brick house on the corner of the Queens Hotel property
at the corner of Yonge and Centre streets be notified that this house
is in a very dangerous condition, that the onus of all blame for any
accidents that may occur there, is upon him or them, a.ud that he or
they shall take immediate steps to repair or remove said building.
And that the Corpon.te seal be attached to this resolution.
Carried.
Council then adjourned to meet at the call of ·the Mayor.
