Moved by Mr Knowles seconded by Mr Taylor that the Collector be and he is relieved from collecting six dollars and forty cents (6. 40) the s3Jile being an error in the assessment on the Mr L K Farr property on the corner of Reuben & Temperance Streets, in the Town of Aurora, and the seal of the Corporation be attached to this resolution. Carried. Moved by Mr Reeves seconded by Mr 'faylor that_ a committee of the Mayor, Reeve and Councillor Hill be appointed to confer with Mr W Trent re injury to horse and to report at next•meeting and s3Jile to be without prejudice to the rights of this Corporation. The seal of the Corporation be attached to this resolution. C9.rried. Moved by Mr Knowles seconde by Mr Hill that the resign9.tion of Dr Scrivener as Trustee for the Auror:. High School be ~nd the s3Jile is hereby accepted. Carried. Moved by Mr Reeves seconded by Mr ~-ndrews that 9. committee of the Mayor Councillors Browning and Taylor be appointed to confer with Mr Conover re Skating Rink for School Children, with full power to .. c act, the seal of the Corporation be attached to this resolution. Carried. Leave was asked to introduce a By-law to provide for the Nomination of Mayor, Reeve, six Councillors and three Public School Trustees. Leave granted and By-law read a first time. Moved by Mr Sisman seconded by Mr Reeves that the By-law now before the Council be read a second and third time this day and that Rule 33 of By-law No 10 be suspended for that purpose. Carried. By-law read a second time and Council went into committee of the whole Mr Knowles in the chair. Committee rose and reported bl3.nks filled.
