The following members being present Namely:-Mayor Baldwin, Reeve
Knowles, Councillors Bassett, l!lrowning, Reeves, Taylor and Winter.
The Mayor in the chair.
The minutes of the l01st meeting were read and confirmed.

following report.

Eleventh meeting continued.
Gentlemen: Your committee on Roads & Bridges accompanied loy
Cour!cillor Reeves made their annual visit of inspection of the
roads and sidewalks of the Town on Saturday May 4th and would
recommend that the following work be done this summer.
1st New 4 foot cement walk on the west side of Victoria Street
from Wellington Street to Mosley Street. And on the east side
of the same Street from Wellington Street;south to J Whimsters
residence;walk to be built outside of trees.
2nd New 4 foot cement walk on the west side of Yonge Street from
J B Spurrs driveway south to VI Davey's driveway (53? feet).
lkd .Reliluild and repair plank walk on east side of Temperance
Street south to W Lu lalaocks residence.
4th Rebuild cement crossing on Berczy Street at the east end of
Mosley Street.
5th Grade Berczy Street ,also Mosley Street from Bercy Street to
Larmont Street. Also grade Reuben Street from Yonge Street to
Temperance Street.
6th New 4 foot cement walk on the west side of Wells Street in
front of Percy Pughs property.
7th New 4 foot cement walk on the south side of Reuben Street
in front of Mrs Norris's residence about 50 feet.
8th Gr::tde and rep=>ir Harrison Ave east for about 150 feet from
Wells Street.
9th 4 foot cement walk on south side of Mosley Street from
Mechanics Hall east to Wells Street.

On motion Council went into committee of the whole on the report
Mr Knowles in the chair.
Committee rose and recommended the adoption of the report.

During a tour of inspection by the Road & Bridge committee, I
noticed several pl3.ces where lights are sadly needed;namely two ...... "-c
on Fleury St, s.nd one on Wells Street South, one on Tyler St hill
3.t Machells crossing and one at the corner of Yonge and Reuben Sts.
3.nd would recommend th3.t they be installed in the 3.bove mentioned
places.

Electric Light lile adopted 9.nd that the seal of the Corporation be .. '.:t

he is hereby instructed to lease the Powder lot to Mr William Mosley
for the sum of Ten dollars per ye3.r and the seal of the Corpor3.tion
be attached to this resolution.

Moved by Mr Reeves seconded 'ey Mr Winter that J H Naughton be and
he is hereby instructed to notify in writing, the Toronto and York
R3.dial R3.ilway Comp3.ny, th3.t, the Corporation of the Town of Aurora,
under the terms of the agreement entered into lay the Town, of Aurora
and the Toronto & York Radial Railway dated Flii.rst of April, 1913,
for the supply of electricity to the said Corporation, requires a
renewal of the S3.id contract for a further period of five (5) years
according to the terms a.nd conditions contained in above mentioned
contract. Such rene1~al 'to cont3.in the same terms and conditions
as the original contract. And that such contract ae prepred forth-
with and be sealed with the Corpon.te Seal of this Corporation and
be signed by the Mayor and Clerk. That the Seal of the Corporation ,)
be 3.ttached to this resolution.

Moved l:ly 'Mr Knowles seconded lily Mr T3.ylor that the Solicitor be
and he is here!ly instructed te notify the Bell Telephone Company that
the Town of Aurora intend erecting a high tension Electric Lighting
line on the south side of Kerinedy Street, and that the seal of the
Corporation lile attached to this resolution.

Moved by Mr Reeves seconded by Mr Browning that the Clerk write to
Lawson Welch &: Co askir1g the reason of the delay in submitting their
report of the Town Audit, aJic' to .send .csame ,.at their earliest con vie-
nee, and the seal of the Corporation be att3.ched to thi.s resolution.

Leave was asked to introduce a By-law to ap';}oint a Court of Revision.
Leave gr3.rlted 3.nd By-law read a first time
Moved by Mr Bassett seconded by Mr Browning that the Ey-law now
lllefore the Council be read a second and third rime this day and that
Bule 33 of By-la\r No 10 0e suspended for that purpose.
Carried.
By-law read a second time and Council went into committee of the
whole Mr Bassett in the chair.
Committee rose and reported By.:.. law with blanks filled.
By-la~r read a third time and passed.
Council then adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
