The twenty fifth meeting of the council for 1913 was held on
Monday Evening December 22nd, the following members being present

of :Mayor, Reeve, Colln.cillors and three Public School Trustees.
Leave ~ranted and bylaw read a first time.
Moved by Mr Bassett seconded by Mr Sisman that the bylaw now before
the Council be read s secol),d and third time this ,day that rule 33
of bylaw 10 be suspehded for t}].at purpose and that the .. seal of the
Corporation be at~ached to this resolutiom
Carried.
Bylaw read. a second time and Council wenj into co=i ttee of the
whole on the same Mr Browning in the chair.
