The twenty-seventh meeting of the 6euncil was held en Wednesday
Evening November 13th, Members present, Mayor Baldwin, Reeve Knewles
and Councille~~rs Bassett, Bre~~wning and Manning.
A communicatien was received and read from Mr D. McLeed regarding
entrance from Wellington street to his preperty.
