A communication was received and read from Mr T, H. LennGx giving
an account of his and May0:r Baldwins interview with Mr Cellis at
Rechester in regard to the establishment of a tannery in this Municip
pal:l.ty?
Mr lennox was also heard in connection with the matter.

mber 13th; I9IO, tll.e members present being Mayor lf:apbul Baldwin, Reeve
Knowles and .Councillors Bassett, Brodie, Murray, Scrivener and Stephensn
The Mayor in the chair.
Minutes of last Meeting read and confirmed.
Communications were received from the following;-
W. T. Muller, asking to have his Pool Room license transferred to
J, Milson, he having sold his pool room to tha person.
J. A.M. VanNostrand asking for a rebate of taxws for Miss Marsh
part of the property having been sold and wrongfull assessed.
The Fire Brigade asking for a number of supplies.
Dan Cameron asking for the use of the Town ~ark in which to ·form an
ice rink.

:Moved by Mr Brodie seconded by Mr Bassett that the aprlication of
w. T. Muller foe transfer of Pool Room license to J. Milson be granted
and that the Clerk be and is hereby instructed to transfer said license/

Moved by ~o1r Bassett seconded by Mr Brodie that the application of
D. Cameron for the use of Town Park forb a Skating Rink be granted on
the same terms as peevious years and that the seal of the Corporation
be attached. to this resolution.
