The fourth meeting of the Council for I9IO was held on l:ionday
Evening li;aroh 7th, the members present being Reeve Knowles and
councillors Bassett, I.\urray, Scrivener, Stephenson and Towns.
Owing to illness the r.~ayor vms not present.
Reeve Knowles occupied the chair.

Charles Bailey asking for a grant of $I50.00 for the sustinanoe of t
the I~ibrary for I9IO •
. A deputation of the Sons of ;~ngland ·n,.s present and were hoard
asking for the use of the.Town park for Dominion.Day to hold a
Demonstration.
l'.lessers T. H. :Legge >Jnd Archie HoCallmn were herd regarding the
entrence of King Township Telephone Co into Aurora and v;ore asi:ecl by
the Council to put into writing what thoy wished the Council to grant
to the Comrnmy.
A deputation consisting of ~essrs ~. C. Willis, reroy Thompson, R.
Lunny and Claranoe })icker were heard regarding the opening of Spruce
Street to Wellington Street

the prayer of the petitioners be granted.

the Corporation be attached to this resolution.

North Toronto and that the seal of' the Corporation be attached to this
