DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
There were no disclosures of Interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, 1983.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
#1. Moved by Mayor West Seconded by Councillor Jones
THAT the content of the Agenda as circulated by the Clerk's
Department be approved as outlined herein.

Town of Newmarket Invitation to Ma~or and Members of Council, to the
Official Opening of the Newmarket Mun1cipal Office, Monday, April 10, 1989
at 7:30 p.m.

THAT the correspondence from the Town of Newmarket be received and
a bouquet of flowers be forwarded to the Municipality on behalf of
the Mayor and Council.

operate refreshment mar9uis at the Aurora Horse Show June 2 3, and 4, and

THAT permission be granted to the Aurora Agri cul tura 1 Society to
operate a refreshment marquis at the Aurora Horse Show on June 2,
3, and 4, and to operate a beer tent during the Aurora Agricultural
Fair June 10 and 11.

Beacon Hall Development re: request to change street name "Fescue Way" to
"buail Ridge Drive"
#4. Moved by Councillor Timpson Seconded by Councillor Pedersen
THAT the change of name from "Fescue Way" to "Quail Ridge Drive" be
approved for use in the Beacon Hall Development.

THAT two members of Council be authorized to attend the information

#7. Moved by Councillor Timpson Seconded by Councillor Pedersen
That proposed plan of condominium 19CDM-88042 be recommended to the
Region of York for draft approval subject to the following
conditions being met.
1. Approval shall relate to the draft plan of condominium
prepared by Schaefer & Reinthaler Limited being Job. No.
86-454 sheets 1 through 8 inclusive, revised November 7, 1988.
2. The owner shall enter into one or more condominium agreements
with the Town of Aurora, agreeing to satisfy all conditions,
financial or otherwise, as set by the Town of Aurora.
3. The owner shall pay cash in lieu of parkland, amount not
exceeding 5% of the value of the land.
