BY-LAW TO AU'LRORIZE THE SALE OE' LOT 29, 011 THE SOU1'H SIDE OF TYLER
STREET, ACCORDING TO PLAN #) FOR THE TOWN OE' AURORA.
\7HEREAB the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora
purports to be the owner of Lot 29 on the south side of Tyler Street
according to Plan 30, and has received an offer from Mrs,Elizabeth
Bertha Yake, a Veteran, for the purchase of same.
AND WHEREAS· it is deemed expedient that the said Offer
be accepted and the sale of the said parcel be completed.
THERE:roRE THE. MUlUCIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATIOL~ OE' ~'HE
TOWN OF AURORA EHAC~'S AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the said Offer for the purchase of Lot 29 on the s.outh
side of Tyler Street according to Plan 30 for the ~'own of Au:cora, at
or for the. price of One (;\'>1.00) Dollar be and the same is hereby accepted,
and that the Mayor and Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed to execute and complete a good and sufficient conveyance of
the said parcel in favour of Mrs.Elizabeth Bertha Yake, or her nominee,
on the payment of the said money and on a house to conform to the Cor-&
porations Building By-Law being erected within two years from this date,
and to cause the seal of the said Corporation to .be attached thereto, •
