TENTH MEETING OF THE COUNCIL FOR 1915.
The tenth meeting of the Council for 1915 was held in the Council
Room on Monday eveuing March 1§t.
The following members 1~ere present, Mayor Baldwiu, Reeve Knowles,
Councillors Andrevrs, Bassett, Crockart, Hulse, and Hancock.
The Mayor in the chair.
Mr. W, P. Gillispie and Mr. H. E. Proctor vrere again heard in reference
to changing the present Collie Cockrill By-law to a. bonus By-lavr.
Communications were received and read from Mr.T.Urquhart, St. Marys
Wood Specialty Co. and the General Accident Co.
Moved by Mr. Hanco11:k seconded by Mr. Crockart that the comminucation
from Mr. Urquhart in regard to the side walk in front of the garage
__ be reffered to the road and bridge committee and that they take steps
